Question:

Garlic and health benefits?

I'm thinking of taking garlic for a lot of reasons. I heard it can boost your immune system and I believe I need help with that because I've been having kidney discomfort. This discomfort started 8 months ago when I began working at McDonalds. Suprisingly, I haven't gained any weight at all, but I'm worried. So, will garlic help me?

1. What's the best way to take garlic (supplements, raw form)?

2. And if I do take it in raw form, how can I avoid smelling bad (I hear that if you remove the center of the stem in raw form, you can avoid smelling bad)?

3. Can it help with Fordyce's spots (I have some on my p***s)?

4. Also, I currently take Omega 3 Fish Oil pills and Calcium fortified with Vitamin D, will it cause any symptoms?

I am 15 years old, thank you.
