Question:

Garlic oil?

I know quiznos spreads a garlic oil on the breads before they cut the the breads into subs because I know somebody that used to work there. But I was wondering if anybody knows what kind of garlic oil they use, or another good garlic oil to put on your bread to eat? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks :)

  1. To make my own garlic oil I just infuse it myself by buying good quality garlic oil, and adding about one big clove of sliced garlic to every 1/2 cup, and some salt.

Be careful with garlic oil though, I've heard that if you leave it for longer than two days after infusing it you can get botulism !

  2. Very easy to make: put a handful of garlic cloves in some oil (preferably olive) and leave it there for a few weeks! Make sure the bottle has a tight seal. Enjoy!

  3. i make my own but i do not use a recipe so I found you some  and you can decide for yourself
