Garmin 750 has trouble Acquiring Satellites

Question

I've only had my unit for a week+, but in that time it could not find a satellite about 80% of the time. Is this a poor antenna issue or is this just a bad unit? There is no antenna that I can see on the unit, so I assume its internal.
