Garmin Nuvi 260W Registration?

Question

I just bought this GPS and tried to register it online but I keep getting a message that it is already registered. Has anyone had such a problem? If so how was it resolved. Does anyone know a website where I can find information on its use etc?

You may have registered the unit already or you may have bought the previously returned product,. Where did you buy the garmin nuvi at? Go to the above link for more information. You need to sign up for garmin website and then connect your garmin to your PC with the USB cable and upload all the new updated maps, vehicles and other goodies. I just bought the nuvi 260w and i registered it without any problems i also updated the maps. Buy the USB cable off ebay its only around $10.00 email me if you need more info.
