I have the unlock code for City Navigator North America v7 - DVD but I misplaced my DVD. Does anyone know where I can get the DVD? I did not see anything on the Garmin site except where I could pay another $99.99 for another DVD and unlock code. Considering I already own the unlock code, why pay for it twice. Any help would be appreciated.
