Garmin c330?

My garmin c330 is not working in canada for some reason, do I have to load the maps or do something else? Please help I am lost in this country without my gps

Your GPS receiver should work in Canada.  The question is whether or not the unit has detailed maps of Canada on it.  Go to the map page and zoom in on a large city like Toronto or Montreal.  If you do not see a dense network of residential and local streets when you zoom in real close, that means your unit does not have the Canada detail maps on it.  You would need to purchase City Navigator NT North America.  It is available on DVD or a preloaded SD card you can slip right into your c330.  

However, a look at Garmin's product page for the c330 says you should already have North America maps preloaded on the unit.  You shouldn't need to do anything to use your unit in Canada then.
