Garmin doesn't know it's Daylight Saving Time

Question

On Sunday, March 9th I set the time on my Axim forward one hour because of Daylight Saving Time, but now every time I use the Garmin, it overrides the correct time on the Axim and changes it back one hour. Any sugestions?
