Garnier fructis for mixed hair???

I am black,filipino,and,mexican and my hair is wavy,curly,soft,but thick! I have that garneir fructis shampoo It says for curly and wavy hair! Is it any

good?

It works well but herbal esscence works a little better.

I also have very curly, soft and thick mixed hair. I have used the Garnier Curly hair shampoo and conditioners, but I prefer the "Sleek and Shine" shampoo-conditioner line. I can't remember what exactly I didn't like about the Garnier Curl line, but the Sleek and Shine shampoos left my hair shiny (not frizzy) and without much buildup.

And (I'm not 100%, but I'm pretty sure Garnier hair products are vegan!)
