I believe he is paying his own he is travelling Business Class because he can afford it, I would think it very unlikely he will be gaining  Air Miles or at least he shouldn't.

1. I expect he paid for his outbound flight but the airline will be paying for his return flight as it was their fault they transported him to a country that he was refused entry to.

2. I expect any airline would want to keep him away from regular travellers due to bad publicity. (How would you feel sitting squashed next to him in economy)

3. As he isn't paying he cant collect airmiles!
