Gary Glitter will be "forced" to sign the s*x offender's register. What happens if he refuses?

Will a police officer grab his hand, stick a pen in it, and move it over the paper in the form of his signature?

Presumably not. So if he refuses to sign, is he prosecuted or jailed or fined or deported?

  1. he should have his hands cut off with something dull and rusty

then shoot him, so i hope he doesn't sign

  2. If he fails to comply he could possibly be prosecuted and jailed. Cant deport him. Where would you deport him to. He`s English. Looks like we`re stuck with some more vermin

  3. Hopefully he will get shot , probably not but he will get deported or jailed

  4. I guess he would be jailed, they can't deport him as he has a British passport.

  5. Time this country got with it, if he dont sign shoot the b*****d

  6. He would be jailed. As a s*x offender it's part of the 'being free' regime that he signs and is aware that he must report as required. Failure so to do results in imprisonment.

  7. I know that if he doesn't sig it they should but him in a cell with a big 7ft bloke an do to him what he did to the kids the sick barstoll.

They will lock him up if he doesn't sign, But why bring him back to the UK?  He should be feed to the lions

  8. I named my pet rat Gary Glitter. The rat is very offended

  9. he would go to jail.

  10. They will send him to live in Paulsgrove and publish his address.

    If only.

  11. He will have his testicles removed with a rusty knife.

  12. he should have his cobblers chopped off!

  13. Glitter does not physically sign the register. He will simply have his details recorded in the system and he will be served documentation that outlines his obligations under the relevant act.

If he fails to comply with those requirements placed upon him he will be charged and possibly jailed as a result.

  14. I would hope they castrate him.

  15. As he has been ordered to do so by the court, the next stage could be proceedings under the Contempt of Court Act 1981 for contempt in the face of the court. http://www.cps.gov.uk/legal/section12/ch...

One thing we can rule out (unfortunately) is deportation. He is British and the UK is stuck with him.
