Gary Lineker or Gandhi?

Question

our council (leicester city council) in leicester england are not sure whether to put a statue of gandhi or gary lineker .. gandhi because we have a large asian community but he has nothing to to do with leiceseter where as Gary Lineker has played for Leiceseter and england only footballer not to get booked and does the walker crisp adverts and is a t.v presenter plus he was born in leicester. which do you think the coucil should choose me i think Gary Lineker
