Oh boy, woohooo, WOW!!!!  I thought the Wings were supposed to fear this young, tough, mean and fast lineup. Well, that didnt work to well for ya in game 1, did it???? Now all of a sudden, they are supposed to be in fear of a 42yo has been?? Give me a break.. The Pengos lost game 1, and their coach went to the press conf. , looking like his dog died. I dont think this team can handle adversity, and all Roberts brings to the game, is more Wings power plays.

I hope so, but this level of wholesale line changes feels like a panic move to me.  That little bit of lost chemistry on the first 2 lines may actually make things worse.  I may be wrong, and I hope I am.

I dont know man, its going to be hard to overcome all that is the Gary Roberts.  But I think if the Wings have any issues they will put in the Cheliasorus to counter the Gary Roberts effect.

i think that with big gary back in the line up it adds that impact he brings, and without him i thought the pens would take it in 7.

Gary Roberts, meet Dallas Drake! LOL... Do you think Gary can keep up on his skates with Darren Helm? All I heard going into game 1 was how fast Pitt was.... but all I saw was them chasing a team who wouldnt turn the puck over. I know its only one game, but IF Pitt plays that way (not saying they will) then this series is all but over. Tonight, PITT has to atleast SHOW UP.... even if they lose, if they expect to have a shot at the Cup.

Side note- Shuffling lines can sometimes work, but can also signal the fact that Therrien knows he is in a corner and has to pull out some stops to have a chance. I dont know which way it will go, but I can surely say that Therrien is the one chasing chemistry.
