  1. ya sure every galaxy has lots of planates nd there r  lot of gas.

  2. The 65 I used to own (352 4 brl) gave me 12 on the high way and 10 in city (8 if I romped on it).

  3. What engine?

A 260 or 289 V8 might give you around 16-17mpg city, and a 352 or 390 V8 might give you around 13-15mpg.  But it also depends if the engine has been modified, if the car has high or low rear end gears, if it is tuned well, has a clean air filter, etc.

  4. When that car was made gas was about 28 to 35 cents a gallon! They weren't made for gas mileage! The only way to improve it would be to take it to someone who has experience with older cars, have them put electronic ignition, platinum spark plugs, rebuild or adjust the carb and advance the ignition timing as far as possible while running on premium fuel. If it's a small block (260 or 289) you may get 16 mpg, if it's a big block (352 or 390) you may get 12-14 mpg.

If you really like the car and plan on keeping it, I would upgrade the power-train to an early 90s fuel injected 5.0 from a Mustang and then strip the body and interior of any unnecessary weight. This would be fairly expensive but the best way to go if it's a car you plan to keep.
