Gas Prices set to jump dramatically tomorrow!!! 05/13/08?

Have you been hearing rumors in your area bout this??? Because all of the gas station attendents have been telling everyone about the gas hike set for tomorrow, has anyone heard about this in there area?? People had been telling me CNN was reporting it to shoot to $5 a gallon but I didnt think it would.. worst of all where I live in Heath, OH just outside columbus, two gas stations have already posted these new prices!!! bothing stating $4.79 for regular gas!! I thought it was illegal for gas to shoot up more than $.60 in one day!! because this morning it was only $3.65 a gallon for regular!! What is happening????????/

I heard the same thing,and I am near Johnstown.Maybe its just in Ohio.I heard from an attendant at a station its going over  4.00. I am not sure how much though.Its a bunch of bull.

when nobody can afford to by gas to go to work,or food for their families or the medicine that they need then crime is gonna sky rocket. Every city in this country will become a war zone and the only ones with money and power will be the politicians and the street gangs It will be like post katrina new orleans Im sure the politicians got this all figured out though!!

If a gas station wanted to, it could make it $10. There is no ceiling, only what you will pay

I would not be surprised to see gas at $5 a gallon by September at some stations around the country, especially the ones that don't have any competition to worry about.

Until Congress and the Senate begin regulating prices on fuel, it will not get better anytime soon.
