We've had our Broil-Mate Natural Gas BBQ/Grill for about 3 years now. To start it, you push in & turn the Gas k**b for gas, then crank the Igniter button. This summer, we started having problems, sometimes needed to push & turn the Gas k**b a few times before the gas would actually flow (it is easy to hear it). Now, need to push & turn as many as 20 times before getting any gas. What does this problem sound like? Do we need a replacement part?
