Gas and electric meters?

Why is it on my gas meter when I am getting low I can use the emergency £5.00 when it goes under £5.oo. when on the electric I can't use the emergency £5.oo untill it says under 50p. this is very difficult if you are at work all day and your pay day is 2 days away etc!

Sort the gas and leccy out before beer etc. so you never need the emergency credit in the first place.

Or get the prepayment meters replaced with credit meters, and get billed every quarter. No need to buy credit.

Not only is it easier with credit meters it is also 20-40% cheaper.
