  1. Gas(as in oil) yes, electricity no

  2. not in our lifetime. Gas will be replaced by another fuel sorce probably within 10 years you will see a big change. Deisel elec cars w/ 80 mpg will be available next year around 20 grand. Hydrogen is becoming a useable source. Most will be government subsidized until the markets grow and can sustain themselves.

  3. not electricity, which can be generated by waterfall, steam, or man.

  4. If present energy use and population trends continue, we'd likely exhaust our fossil fuels within a couple of centuries. Biofuels and direct solar energy couldn't make up the difference without extraordinary measures in terms of land use or space capture. Nuclear fission could meet our electric needs for a very long time, but it's not well suited for transportation. Fusion would meet our needs indefinitely, if we can get it working.

The sun itself is expected to continue as a fusion engine for another 100 million years. It could conceivably provide useful energy for another 100 million after that.

  5. yea America is using up more oil than we can keep track of America runs on oil and pretty soon were going to use it all up and we are going to destroy this world and turn it into a c**p hole! we pollute and we suck up all the oil and we need need need and we never give!

  6. Gas and electricity won't run out but they will become novelty to people since other future energy will take their place. Just think of coals to gas and candles to electricity.

  7. it actually probally will.
