Gas and flame for 3 to 4 minutes then shut down

Question

Goodman GMP 050-3 furnace runs well for 3 to 4 minutes then flame and gas shut down for 30 seconds then it cycles all over again, I cleaned the sensor seemed to work then ran through the same cycle as mentioned after one full cycle.
