  1. I'm guessing your asking about fuel economy?   The overall difference is about 2 to 1.  That is to say that 2 stroke is twice as expensive as 4 stroke,  even given the hp difference.  A lot of this has to do with load and speed and the boat design, but the added cost of the Outboard oil tips the scale in favor or 4 stroke.

  2. There is no difference in the gas.

  3. You use the same gas but 2 stroke need  to be mixed with oil to lube the crank, bearings and so.

An other thing is that 2 stroke dirt bike engines run a different rpm than a 4 stroke dirt bike and need more regular base maintenance. (also depends on how you use it)

The piston, big end bearing and piston wrist pin need to be renewed after some ? hours of use on a two stroke dirt bike engine.

I race a 125cc go kart 6 speed (which has a dirt bike engine)

and after 25 hours the piston is toast and I must renew the crank bearings and rod bearings after 40h. I dont say that 40 hours is on the 2st engine you`r looking at but a thing to consider with dirt bike engines.
