Gas flame too small

Question

sometimes when the boiler is lit,the flame is too small to adequately heat the water,forcing me to use the generator.however where i go mon-fri means i am unable to start the generator until 8am due to the noise.i have tried turning the regulator s***w-no difference.is there a diaphragm in there which is sticking?any ideaschris-coffee cart
