Okay I have two boats...one is a 2006 bass tracker boat and the other is a pontoon boat

my bass boat takes straight unleaded gas and no oil mixed in it

and my pontoon boat takes gas mixed with oil 50 to 1

would it be okay to put the pontoon boat gas ( already mixed with oil ) and put that gas into my bass boat?

I accidently filled all of my gas cans with gas and mixed them all with oil.. 50 to 1

  1. maybe it can be

  2. Mixed gas in a 4 stroke engine will foul the plugs, and might gum up the carb. Drain the gas, replace the plugs, and run about a cup of diesel in it. Refill with fresh gas, and you should be ok.

  3. It should be okay. It will actually help lubricate the upper cylinder. At worst, you might foul a plug or 2, but it will clear up when you put the regular gas back in.

  4. I wouldn't.

  5. No you can do that because it will clog the plugs and smoke like h**l!

  6. no, it may foul the spark plugs

  7. HI...

you migh clog an injector or the carb with the mix.  It will smoke like crazy even more than a 2 stroke does.. I  in advertedly fillled my  dixie chopper with gas meant for my boat...   It smoked like nothing on this earth,,,,,   It took for ever to clear out too.

My advise is .... yes you can but dont do it...

The other problem is  fisheries and wild life and the sherriff dept will pull you over if the motor smokes too much...  and you may get a ticket for excessive pollution. I live in florida and know a few deputies and they regularly give tickets for this especially when the person says they put oil gas mix in...
