Gas hot water tank, pilot light

Question

the pilot light on my gas hot water heater always goes out over night. I re-light it in the morning and it stays on all day and evening whether i use water or not. I have replace thermocouplers a few times and it continues to do the same thing... i have no problem lighting the pilot, but something causes it to go out between evening and morning. what the?
