Evian spelled backward is Naive. Love that one...: )

Think Gas is Expensive

All these examples do NOT imply that gasoline is cheap;

it just illustrates how outrageous some prices are....

You will be really shocked by the last one!!!!

Compared with Gasoline......

Think a gallon of gas is expensive?

This makes one think, and also puts things in perspective.

Diet Snapple - 16 oz $1.29 .......... $10.32 per gallon

Lipton Ice Tea - 16 oz $1.19 ..........$9.52 per gallon

Gatorade - 20 oz $1.59 ................ $10.17 per gallon

Ocean Spray - 16 oz $ 1.25 ......... $10.00 per gallon

Brake Fluid - 12 oz $3.15 ............ $33.60 per gallon

Vick's Nyquil - 6 oz $8.35 ……... $178.13 per gallon

Pepto Bismol - 4 oz $3.85 ……….$123.20 per gallon

Whiteout - 7 oz $1.39 ..................... $25.42 per gallon

Scope - 1.5 oz $0.99 ........................$84.48 per gallon

And this is the REAL KICK ER...

Evian water - 9 oz $1.49.................$21.19 per gallon!

$21.19 for WATER and the buyers don't even know the source .

(Evian spelled backwards is Naive..)

Ever wonder why computer printers are so cheap?

So they have you hooked for the ink.

Someone calculated the cost of the ink and ............

you won't believe it................... but it is true...........

$5,200 a gal. (Five thousand two hundred dollars)

So, the next time you're at the pump,

be glad your car doesn't run on

water, Scope,Whiteout, Pepto Bismol, Nyquil

or God forbid, Printer Ink!!!!!

And

If you don't pass this along to at least one person,

your muffler will fall off!! J

  1. I dont need Diet Snapple, Evian water, Nyquil, Gatorade.

I need gas.. there is a difference.

  2. Interesting facts, but Cruise ships are no less expensive to run.

eg: Queen Elizabeth 2 statistics after Turbine change.

Fuel Consumption: 18.05 tons per hour, or 433 tons per day.

This is equal to six of the ship's swimming pools.

The ship's fuel oil tank capacity of 4,381.4 tonnes is sufficient for 10 days' sailing at 32.5 knots, equalling 7,800 miles.

One gallon of fuel will move the ship 49.5 feet; with the previous steam turbine engines, one gallon of fuel moved the ship 36 feet.

  3. yes, and you will be glad you did.  Norweigan.  They let you eat whenever you want.   You have to pick a specific time on other cruise lines, and if you miss your time, or get back to the boat late, oh well...starve then.  Norweigan also has free room service.

  4. And yet we still buy each and everyone of the items listed.

No one ever said LIFE was easy.

1 item that could have made the list is the average price of a house.

I pay more for a car than I did for my first house.

  5. Thats why I drink gas.

  6. WOW!!! and we complain so  much about gas!!! this was a great post!
