Gas mileage for a 2008 dodge charger?

Question

does anyone own one and know if it can get 31 to 36 on highway or 28 in city? I am looking to buy and the dealership said it can get 31 to 36 just curious for people who own one

Don't listen to that dealership, the only thing they care about is selling you a car.

If your getting a 2008 then it should have the sticker on the window that tells you your mileage.  Mine is a 2008 3.5 and I get 17 MPG city and 24 MPG highway.   Dealerships often lie to get you to buy the car.  I do like mine though.  IT cost me about $56 to fill it up.

They are lying.

I would be suprised if you can get over 30mpg highway with the base V6 engine.

The cars that get 31-36mpg highway are small, light, 4 cylinder cars like the Honda Civic, Toyota Yaris, Smart Fortwo, Mazda 3, Nissan Sentra, and Honda Fit.

If you really want better in city and hwy mileage then try a Honda Accord or something along those lines or a Toyota. I extremely doubt that that charger gives 31 per city I think that's a scam and not true at all.
