Gas pedal problem with the mustang

Question

I have a problem with my 07 mustang v6. My leg would easily get tired of holding down the foot pedal and would start to hurt. I think it maybe the tires because of the slight vibration but not to sure can anybody help.

sounds like the return spring is too stiff.
