Gas scooter wont start

Question

I have a roketa sicily 150 cc, and when I go to start it (electric starter) the engine makes a slow sound like it might start, but then stops. when I apply the starter again, there is absolutely nothing. The battery is active all the way to I believe the alternator because there is a spark where they come together. There is no sound at all, but occassionally I hear a click when I try to start it.

take out ta spark plug and clean it up it maybe all dirty...check to see if ta gas is actually reaching ta engine too...if it still doesn't start then check ta cables for any damaged cables
