Gas stove burner problems

Question

my portable camp stove's burner do not burn the whole circe full.
i have cleaned all the parts and is going to purchase a new jet, but the gas people say there is nothing wrong with the jet. now i see there is another jet right next to the volume k**b do you set that also or what is that jet for
my stove is a pasific lp gas stove with two burners and a small oven.
