any info on converting gas to electric on cars? time, cost, how to's?

  1. Cost for a kit about $6,000 + plan on a few month of time.


  2. it would be cheaper to go with water burning you can get one for $1200 and it more than doubles your mileage. it was on the news here from Detroit. they tested an SUV that got 9 mpg and when they tested it after installing the container( they say is simple) it was getting something like 27 mpg.

    WAY CHEAPER and no fumes and no recharging Just distilled water and you can google that and find out how to distill your own :)

  3. Gas to electric is currently the process in which the US believes is the most efficient way to produce hydrogen which is then used in fuel cells to create electricity. The other method of course is a generator. It runs on gasoline and the motor creates electricity. The fact is, neither method is "green" or efficient. There is a technology coming available soon to convert hydrogen via electrolysis of water efficiently. This is the only true green solution.

  4. If you get a decent electric car out of your car, it will leave a huge carbon footprint and an astronomical dent in your wallet.
