Does anyone know the name of the soup that you are first served when you are seated at a Gasho or Kirin Hibachi restuarant, or the ingredients\ directions to make it. thanks :]

  1. I love that soup!!! but at my local hibachi restaurant that just call it "clear soup"  :(   but i would call a Gasho/hibachi place and ask them for the recipe.
