I know that a few years ago the CEO of Ford (one of the Fords) drove a Ranger PU that was an all-electric vehicle. I never saw one at a dealership and I guess they might not have been available to the public. Do you think he knew something we didn't ?

  2. duh

  3. Bandit....This has been known for some TIME, now. 83???

  4. I haven't seen the new ones yet but the technology a few years ago the cars wouldn't run more than three hours at city traffic without getting needing a recharge (so you can imagine highway speeds or a small truck) and it took more oil and coal to make the electricity than it would have to just use gas in the car. Now to address the conspiracies if any of you saw the difference between an electric forklift or man lift and a gas powered one and the battery's they take you would understand

  5. I don't think he knew something we didn't but he probably anticipated that prices would go up. Didn't you? I mean, prices had been going up then too, and we could have only expected that they were to keep getting higher. I def don't think it was that he knew something we didn't though. He was just prepared for the long run.
