Gateway 4530 keyboard replacement

Question

I need to replace my gateway 4530 keyboard. I've got the replacement, unscrewed all of the visable screws on the bottom, and can separate the bottom a little, but is bound up arpound the battery connection in the back. I have looked on line for a detailed schematic or a repair manual to show me how to get the bottom completely off with no luck. HELP!
