Gateway MX6453 or MA3

Question

I've had the same problem with my laptop. Have you figured out how to fix your problem? Two repair guys have told me that I need to replace the motherboard. One even mentioned resoldering the power port, socket, whatever it's called. But for one of his customers, that only fixed the problem for a couple of months! Who knows!!
