Gateway laptop.,. can u please explain?

Question

Thank you for your help!! What would i have to do though when i go to safe mode? If i only the owner as the only user.. For instance, i turn my computer and when it loads all you see is the owner user!! Does that matter, if i do not have like the guess user or the administrator or any other user of that sort when my computer starts. I would really appreciate it so much if you would go step by step to go to safe mode and go to administrator?
