Hello. I have a Gateway laptop model W340ua or MT3419 I'm not sure which. I put my laptop on sleep and closed it. About 3hrs later I opened it back up and there was a black screen. I tried to reboot by turning power off but when I pushed the power button to turn the laptop back on, it doesn't come on. There's no "power" indicator lighting up as it normally does. Please help. Thank you.
