I installed a 1gb memory in my laptop, it has 2 slots for memory.I put the old memory chip on top and the new one on the bottom.After doing this.I turned the laptop on, come to find out there is no internet, connection and the memory is the same as before after I looked in my computer the memory is still the same as before.Please help me..
