Gateway laptop. Well i was on my laptop and i was instant messeging and my laptop just shut down

Well i was on my laptop and i was instant messeging and my laptop just shut down out of nowhere, and i tried to turn it back on and when i would it would be on for about 2 minutes then it would shut down again and now it wont turn on at all. HELP ME!!!! What do i do?
