Gateway ma3 keyboard problem

Question

hi i have a gateway ma3 model mx6455 it looks like the dot key is stuck but i took the key board out of my laptop and still does it i plug a usb keyboard and the same every time you tried to type something this is what it does ......................................................................................... and keeps goind you can not press anything else please help
