  7. it depends on what sport you are doing.

    if you are doing a high energy sport like cardio or sprinting(long distances), or you are getting very sweaty, then gatorade would be the way to go.

    but if you are doing a minimal energy sport ( jogging, walking, etc) then water would be best.

    when you sweat you release electrolytes that gatorade replinshes, which gives you more energy and you could last longer.

    but if you are doing a light activity gatorade could make you more thirsty.

    Just an FYI about those Vita Waters.

    Glaceau Vitamin Waters are manufactured by the sugarholic company CocaCola. Any flavor of this 20oz drink contains 33 grams of sugar and 130 non-satisfying calories.

    Vitamins and water might sound like the ultimate nutritional tag team, but what the label doesn’t say is that a bottle of this stuff carries nearly as much sugar and calories as a can of Coke.   12. mineral water is actually a sham.  It says it's natural and such, but I've heard that the main sugar ingredient in it is just the same as high fructose corn syrup.  And I think Gatorade falls under the same lines too.  

    The best water is the natural kind that has no calories in it.
