While speaking to media reporters after a practice session in Chennai, for the upcoming Sri Lanka series, the http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Paul-Anthony-Hibbert-c81005 said that a full strength Indian squad will be touring the Island nation over the next couple of weeks, so it is
necessary to get the season off to a cracking start, and carry that momentum forward.
“When everyone is available, you can put your best team on the park. And when you have everyone available, you can start the season on a good note and carry that (momentum) forward,” said the 30-year-old left-handed batsman.
“It’s very important because you don't want to start a season on a bad note. You want to start on a positive note and hopefully we can do it in Sri Lanka,” he added further.

Whilst Indian players have not played competitive cricket for over two months, the Islanders are coming off a triumphant home series against Pakistan, which saw them winning both the Test and ODI legs of the itinerary, besides a 1-1 T20
series draw.
Though eager to kick-start the 2012 season on a victorious note, Gambhir warned his side against complacency when playing the Lankans.

“They’d a very good series against Pakistan and are in the winning mode...it's their own backyard and we all know how difficult that can be,” the Delhi dasher insisted.
The five-match ODI series between India and Sri Lanka gets underway at Hambantota on July 21, and will run till August 4, while the only T20 will be played at Pallekele, on August 7.
