g*y Guy - superhero that is....

So a while ago for a school final [which had to do with superheroes] i was surfing google for superheroes, and got onto a website, which was like a huge database of superheroes. And there was one called g*y Guy [i think, here "g*y" is used as "joyful"], and all i remember is that his suit was mostly baby-blue. Now i need some info on him. any help?

there is a g*y (homosexual) superhero in marvel ... he wears blue and is called northstar. It he the one you want
