Gaynor minden pointe shoes vamp?

I wear gaynor minden 9N/3-611-22 (9 narrow, 3 box, hard shank, deep vamp) pointe shoes. My problem is that I have where the second toe s longer than the first so I use gaynor mindens vamp elastic. My question is. Is the deep vamp the highest vamp size? If not which one is the highest/longest vamp? What do you think I should do? I would prefer to not have to use the vamp elastic, because for my show I'd like a nice clean look but if I have to I will. (I'm sheherazede)

Try a 9 1/2 narrow or a 9 medium. That should dsolve the problem.
