  1. Try and drink plenty of water whilst studying and take regular breaks so that you keep well hydrated and you do not become too bogged down and tired.

  2. one important thing is when your doing your exams and you get to a question and are stuck on especially if its at the start of the exam, dont panic, clear your head, and move onto the next question and then go back to it, and you'll be able to do it then, happens to me and everyone else.

  3. If you mean the revision, i feel the same!!

What i've been doing is 16 minutes(ish) at a time (because it's said you can only focus for as many minutes as your age! hah. and i believe it! my attention span is terrible!)

Treat yourself at the end with a film or chocolate or something.

Then keep doing this and youll be more enthusiastic to learn!

You hear it a lot but its true, breathe a lot before you go in the exam; deeeeep breaths. Andwhen you sit down, tell yourself to calm down, (queue the awesome breathing again) then tense all your muscles then relax them. You'll be all set, and will remember those chocolatey moments and be fully relaxed and knowledgeable :D

Good luck, let me know how they go- we can be revision buddys!

  4. take a break, or try talking to your teachers...I know how you feel
