Go to QVC.com and buy the bare escentuals foiled eye kit.  It is the BEST.  It comes with a special brush and two different silver metallic shadows.  They look AMAZING on.

I'd check both boots and superdrugs. Maybe Debenhams aswell..

Superdrug..

They have a much wider range for sparkles, and eyeshadows.. Boots is more of a skin and other stuff kinda shop :)

boots and superdrug do sell the same brands ...mostly ... so im going to reconmend make up brands in particular... Urban Decay (boots) is great they have a great range of gorgeous eyeshadows inc silver and well worth spending the money on as they are good quality. I also reconmend boujous (both) they do lovely little pots of lose shimmer that come with little brushes ... and the colours are lovely and so is the packaging ... they also do solid eyeshadows so they have a good selection! .... obv there are different shades of silver and different ones will suit better depending on yoiur skin tone ... so go have a wee look urself and test them!!
