Ge jvm1860 microwave oven

Question

My spacemaker micro wave has suddenly started making a crunching noise whenever it is heating up food. No noise if fan on only, and I have tried without the turntable turning.It is 4 yrs old and the fodd heats up as usual. It is just the darn noise its making.Any ideas?thanks
