i was wondering if i could keep on using my PSU 300 or i would have to upgrade to PSU 400?

Don't get an SLI of those, a single 8800GT would provide better performance, and even then the 8800GT is getting to be an older card now, so if i were you, i'd get a newer card than that, if you can afford it (Like a GTX 260 or a HD 4870 etc).

Either way you're going to need much better than a 300W PSU, i'd suggest 450W or above, depending on which card you buy.
