Gear levers for Norco Wolverine?

Im gunna get Avid BB5's for my bike but i need some new brake/gear levers for my bike. I want them combined and under £100 if thats possible lol. I can only seem to find some shimano deores ones that say they're for v-brakes or hydraulics. Can i use with mechanicals?!

Yep....you can use them with mechanicals.  And any v-brake lever will work with them, too.  

If you can, step up to the Deore LX instead.....or at least for the rear shifter.  The Deore's are kinda flimsy.  This won't matter to you if you don't do a lot of shifting, but if you do you'll really appreciate a better shifter.  The Sram Attack shifters are excellent, too, and will work with your Shimano rear derailleur (just the Attack model...the X-series is only for Sram's rear derailleurs).
