Gecko feelings?

ok so i just bought a leopard gecko, and i already hav 1,my other one ive had for 2 yrs and i feel like the new one is making my love for the other smaller, it makes me feel really bad.

this is naturaly u get something new and u love it more than enything else but nothing stays new for ever so u will go back to ur oringanal and still love the new gecko as this has happend to me before

it's just like many parents with new babies, they  give the new child more attention and care more than their older child., sort of like you and your new gecko. you will most likely love them bolth equally soon. the new one just needs more care and attention wich you are giving it, thats all.

awe, don't make yourself feel bad :]

think of how lucky they are to have you as an owner, instead of being in a scary dark place where they could get eaten.

And your love for your old gecko isn't decreasing, it's just that you're excited with the new addition :)

Soon enough, you'll get used to having TWO geckos and realize you love them both the same and would be absolutely devastated if something happened to either of them.
