Geek squad repair help?

Question

my laptop mouse works weird, and a little blue light goes on on the lcd screen, for the notebook being on, would they repair these, and if i have the psp plan, and have gone in 3 times already, would they replace the notebook

I have had great luck with Geek Squad and Best Buy. Just haul it in and ask at their customer service counter. Be sure and bring all your receipts and original paperwork. They may not replace it if it is old but will surely give you a credit or repair. good luck
