Geico Commercial Question?

I do not get the new Geico commercial where the caveman and the girl are on the beach and the plane flies by. then the caveman says "ill be in the car." why does he say that?

What!? There's a new one and i haven't seen it?? i love those caveman commercials, my favorite is the one in the airport, ahahaha
