I think the series here has video clips, but also the dvd for the program is for sale. I watched what I could of the program (white as I am) because it had GREAT examples of how to find things that people never expect.

Of course, also know that this is one that you can do 'on the job training' right now, by learning the quality skills right here.

If I could go back and point me in this direction from where you are.. I'd be heavy on history major, and/or library science.
